This Catalogue comprises two sections – Print Publications and Electronic Publications.
- Print Publications are divided into Books and Loose-leafs, Journals and Law Reports.
- Books and Loose-leaf publications are further sub-divided according to specialist area of law.
- Electronic Publications include CD-ROM and Internet titles, and are divided into South African Publications, African Publications and Foreign Publications.
- Publications are listed alphabetically within their category, according to title.
- Please make use of the various search options available when trying to locate a publication.
Pricing:
- Prices shown are the recommended South African retail prices set by Juta and may vary if purchased through local or international bookstores, traders and agents
- All prices quoted are in South African Rands (ZAR)
- Prices are inclusive of 14% Value-Added Tax (VAT) if ordered and delivered within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. Products ordered and delivered outside of the borders of South Africa will have the Value Added Tax of 14% deducted from the prices shown.
- Prices of print products EXCLUDE postage and handling, which are calculated at the time of order processing. Postage costs vary according to method of postage and region or country of destination.
- Prices of CD-ROM publications INCLUDE the cost of postage and handling.
- Yearly electronic subscriptions to CD-ROM and Internet products are renewed automatically on an annual basis unless cancelled in writing by the subscriber.
- Loose-leaf publications are kept current by means of Revision Services, and subscribers will continue to receive updates until the subscription is cancelled in writing.

- Product queries generated on this website will be forwarded on to Juta Customer Services for processing and will be subject to the customer's acceptance of the price and terms and conditions of sale and use before being confirmed.
